Discuss string theory with New York Times bestselling author Brian Greene over lunch at Hangawi in New York City.

Brian Greene, Professor of Mathematics and Physics at Columbia University, has been recognized with a Peabody Award and many other prizes for his successful popularization of science.

That’s right, folks - our annual storytelling show/award ceremony/dance party, The Moth Ball, is upon us! This year, inspired by the music of Fats Waller, we’re getting the joint jumpin’ with stories about Stirring It Up. Garrison Keillor is hosting, writers Adam Gopnik and Richard Price are telling stories, and documentarian Albert Maysles will be on honored with the 2013 Moth Award.
And, of course, we’ll be dancing our butts off.
